The media could not be loaded. The lock worked fine for about a year. Then one day I got home and could not get in my house. The lock would just beep and would not open. There was not a warning of any issues, the batteries had just been changed a few days before and the lock had been working fine up until that afternoon when it just stopped working out of nowhere. I tried getting in contact with customer support however there is no phone number listed anywhere on their website just a link for you to sign up for emails. Amazon just refers you to the Zowill website.

The lock itself was relatively easy to install and setup, the functionality with code, fingerprint and RF is tags are excellent. The only drawback to this lock is it states it works with Google home but does not clearly state anywhere that a hub is needed to connect to Google.

This item is the best we found love it . Would recommend this to anybody.

A year into this purchase and it was working wonderfully until the first time I was locked outside my house because the keypad stopped taking my fingerprint. Two months later the keypad stopped working all together and the app fused with another Chinese app that controls my bedroom door. Emailing customer support was a dead end which is sad considering the fact of the price for this lock. Please don’t waste your money.
