Compared to the previous version of the superbox I got nearly four years ago, this new one is a major improvement. It is faster, smoother and the picture quality itself is much clearer. There is also a voice command feature that makes it much faster to search for shows and movies I want to watch. The App Store also has many programs to enjoy, such as a karaoke app. Overall it is a great unit and I’m very satisfied with it.

We joined the hype and bought this item. It doesn’t come with directions. It is very hard to use. If I could I would return it.Not everyone is computer savvy. It needs to come with directions on how to use. It’s super overwhelming.I actually don’t use it, it was that hard to figure out.

I love it, great savings. Come with everything you need, cable, keyboard etc. Setup is easy and straight-forward, there are also easy to follow instructions on youtube. Amazed that it has so many channels. Love the movie selection too, excellent resolution. Greatly recommend!

Not only the TV box offers many channels, the air mouse and other accessories are definitely a plus. Even though it didn’t come with an instruction, the set up is pretty straightforward, allowing you to watch lots of sports channels.

I got this box a week ago and it works great for me. It is easy to set up and once I got all the APP I need it works great. I can watch all the channels, which usually will cost me at least 200 monthly. Kids can enjoy all the cartoon channels, and the husband is able to watch all the LIVE sport that he likes. I have a high-speed internet at home so I don’t have any problem while watching. You can also save your favorite channels. Besides TV channels I also use this box for movies with high resolution. I would recommend this to my friends.

The product came with all accessories, remotes cables and adapters for full functionality immediately out of the box. It was very easy to set up very small and discreet. The resolution and functionality is great. I’ve seen the previous version before and this one is a step up in a great direction. I can’t wait to veg out in front of the couch.

I paid all this money 💰 for this System, and I'm not Satisfied with it!!! It's always Freezing, and Shuts down in the middle of a show, or movie 🎥. And every channel your looking at is showing a different show, or movie 🎥. Title. It's not giving the right title of the show or movie your watching!!! Im going to return it!!! It has to be something BETTER OUT THERE!!!!

Works well and very easy to use. Haven’t had any issues with freezing. Saves a bunch of money compared to signing up for The various streaming services. Highly recommended.
