I have to say I was skeptical ordering a renewed computer. I got it to replace my wifes old Dell desktop that was slower than molassas in winter. So I figured I would get her this one as it was a faster processor, more ram, and more storage capacity. It will do everything she wants and more. Well after getting it set up and data transferred the computer runs like a striped A$$ ape. Fast, and runs without a glitch. Great Value for the money, it is much more of a computer than she would have gotten in a New unit. And 100 times better than what we recycled.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished PC, especially because of all the bad reviews, but I honestly couldn't be happier with this purchase. I now work from home, and my employer required me to get a PC with specific specs, but buying it brand new was way out of my budget.I've had this PC for a month now, and let me tell you, I've never worked on a computer this dang fast. When I start it up each morning, it LITEREALLY takes ONE minute or less for my sign-on screen to pop up. Once I'm in, everything opens up INSTANTLY! The very first start up prompted me to setup the PC with all my information and download Windows, even that was very easy and fast. Also, I must add that the computer hasn't crashed once since I've had it.I would absolutely buy this again.

It's not too bad for a renewed PC . I could give the seller an 5 Stars but if the sellercould let us byers an through out of this PC has , and not has so instead of I goahead buying an must needed USB wifi for this PC..That would make me wait for extra 2days toorder one from AmazonBy the way I sometimes experience this renewed PC has some hiccups of here and there but nota bad renewed especially from Dell

Arrived well packaged. Great unit with little evidence of prior use. Booted up to windows 11 configuration (Pro version) and once done showed as activated. Came with a WiFi and a Bluetooth USB dongle and new usb keyboard and mouse. very happy with performance.

Unfortunately, Amazon "star" ratings do not enable one to post negative stars. This computer remains the worst purchase I have ever made through Amazon. I will NEVER again purchase a "refurbished" computer through Amazon. Sound problems. Internet connectivity problems. You name it, and I have endured it.

This has been a great computer - good value for the money. Purchased for a business and we are happy.

I, not a gamer, but I needed a "newer" Windows 11 PC with reasonable RAM and memory. This box really filled the bill for me. Its working great, I'm glad I bought it. Better than good communications with the seller. Very satisfied.
