I received the shower system quickly. I did take out of the box and feel it. It is very nice. I really like the ease of changing the spray patterns. I love the buttons to turn off the water. It is easy to push. i haven't set it up ye. It was a good choice to replace another brand. I had to leave behind. I love the length of the hose. It is pretty long. I did have an 84 inch hose on another brand but those are hard to find. I like the hose is stainless steel. I got an awesom price on prime day. I was looking at another brand. I decided on this one. Due to the button to turn off the water and the price. I won't get to use it for a month. It looks very niceo.

This unit was easy to install. The second mount was very useful for my wife who had broken her leg. The extended length hose was comfortably long enough, but did not hang with extra length. The unit seems well made. There are a number of shower head control settings (jet blast, wide spray, etc). We don't use any of those, but they did switch easily. The on/off switch on the head was a thoughtful and useful addition.

Got this because my bath only has a shower. Due to major recent illness resulting in extensive hospital stay, I was unable to stand under a regular shower head to bathe. This shower head is great. It arrived as scheduled. My son installed it in less than 5 minutes. You can control the water pattern with the flip of a button and can turn the water off at the shower head with the push of a button. Wish I had gotten one a long time ago.

I was very impressed by this unit when installing it - there are metal parts where others use plastic. (I have installed a lot of hand showers by owning a vacation rental business for 16 years.) I like that they have included spare gaskets and the shutoff was a feature that I was looking for and this one works well this no leaks.

Works well. Easy to install and I would say it is made well. The button is alittle hard to push for an older person but easy for everyone else. Water flow is nice.

I am a senior DIYer who installed this handheld shower head myself two months ago. I used the silicone thread tape provided and have experienced no water leaks whatsoever. I used my pocket knife to remove the water flow restrictor from the sprayer handle, so I have good pressure now. Two things that I LOVE about this product: It comes with a second hanger for the shower head, so I can hang it above me or on the wall of the shower stall at waist level. Secondly, the press-type on/off button on the head is wonderful! It turns the water off COMPLETELY with no dripping. This not only conserves water, but allows me to lather up well with soap before rinsing off. This button works so well that two times I accidently left the main shower lever on for a whole day between showers thinking that I had turned it off and still NO LEAKS WHATSOEVER! This thing might explode and leak water everywhere tomorrow or the chrome plating on the plastic head might chip off, but for now it's two thumbs way up for this product! If anything goes sideways, I will update my review.
