I ordered this because I needed a footstool while camping. It looks like it will do the trick. The canvas is tight, we shall see how quickly it loses its integrity over time. I ordered a second one right after I tested it, because I know my sister in law is going to borrow it, and I will never get to use it during our camping trip.

I'm really impressed with this camping stool. I use it as a footstool for my rocking camp chair. It's very lightweight and comes in its own carry case. Because it's so light it would be perfect for backpacking.The first time I snapped the legs into place I didn't think I'd have the strength to do it. It was very tight. After that, it started to loosen up. It still holds tightly but I can do it easily. It's the perfect height to use as a footstool and if you're fit and lean it would work well as a stool, or even for children.I'm thinking of ordering one for my husband as well as we both need a little "leg up" time at the end of the day.

Such a handy little stool! It was a little confusing to assemble the first time but has been a breeze since then. Perfect size for a camping chair. Fits into its little caring bag easily and weighs very little. I’m super happy with it.
