This is PERFECT!The chin strap makes all the difference in the world! Many variations to use and chin strap position, which is a game changer for such a simple addition that most other neck pillows don't offerNoone likes their chin dropping to their chest while sleeping, especially completely upright. Since I don't travel, I can imagine this would be ideal for airplane, vehicle and bus travel as well since it has straps on the back to attach to a headrest if wanted/needed.The memory foam arrived WITHOUT ANY SMELL AT ALL! Many other neck pillows I have bought have arrived so stinky from the type of memory foam used that they ended up thrown out, but this one has absolutely NO SMELL from memory foam used!It goes around my neck well and the back part where ones neck is, the memory foam is super thin so it doesn't push your head forward like MANY neck pillows do! This supports in a natural position without pushing on your neck! HUGE PLUS!!It conforms to my neck and ears without being too tight or too loose. I position it sometimes to where the sides go up over my ears so it helps tremendously to reduce surrounding noises! Love that feature!Best of all, I finally have a PERFECT NECK PILLOW for my daily upright position sleeping needs!!I'm buying another as a backup since I wouldn't want this one to wear out from daily use and not be able to find another identical one in the future, so another one is being ordered to have for future needs!HIGHLY RECOMMENED! I bought this for a PTO trip to Seattle and I wished I had upgraded sooner! I had a older Cabeau pillow that was not foam based and didn't keep me as supported. I love the chin strap which kept me from falling forwards when I was asleep on the plane. On the flight back, we had a long layover and I used this pillow to get a quick snooze at our gate. I was able to sleep fairly comfortable sitting up in a airport seat with this pillow. I've yet to use the straps but you can cinch them down to keep them out of the way. The carrying case is super useful and really clamps down the pillow to save on space so it's not awkward dangling off of your backpack. The raised sides really helped to keep me from slumping side to side and to keep my head up. This pillow was awkward with my Bose QC 35 headphones on. The pillow would push my headphones up but it's not bad enough for me to return the pillow. This pillow is also very lightweight and doesn't feel heavy at all. I recommend this pillow! Hopefully Cabeau will work on the design to make this more comfortable if you are wearing headphones.

This pillow did very well for me on a couple of 8 and 9 hour overnight flights. It squishes well into the convenient little carrying case that comes with it (I was shocked it fit, actually), it's really soft and comfortable yet it is very strong support for holding your head up. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the chin strap is too far out (for my chin to reach, anyway), but I guess it helps hold the two ends in place, and the raised sides kept my mouth closed anyway. I slept well while wearing it, and if I had any doubt about how good it was, I dozed off at one point without it and woke up with a sore neck - I put it on anytime after that if I felt a snooze coming on!

Super comfortable travel neck pillow. Love the bag it comes in to keep it clean in transit, especially with the buckle clasp which makes it easy to attach on the strap of a backpack or other bag. This is the second one we bought from the same company because of how good it it.

Bought this for a 9 hour flight. I've never tried a neck pillow before so this was my first one to try based on reviews.It Packs up well Into a small carrying case. Comes with silicone ear plugs but it's still a bit expensive for what it is.It doesn't fit my large neck very well and I'm not very overweight ( I just have a big neck). The chin strap is nice as is the seat strap... However because I'm also a bit taller the seat strap wouldn't stay well and would slide down pulling my neck awkwardly. I just couldn't get into a comfortable position on the plane. I think I nodded off for about an hour or two but woke up in a ton of neck pain I ended up just putting this pillow away and using the airline pillow. For 50 bucks I expected more. It also is quite warm but then again I think all neck pillows would befor me.Anyways, not a terrible neck pillow just not right for me. I think if I had a smaller neck or was shorter it would work better. I returned it.

Best for individuals looking for a cheap alternative to the hospital-provided collar for neck injuries, not intended for individuals wanting a comfortable neck pillow for travel. I bought this because I’ve had recurring neck issues and was worried about some long international flights. The company was highly recommended so I took a chance and now I’m stuck with this thing. The worst neck pillow. It’s too tall to let you have any movement, especially if you have AirPods in - it’ll knock those out in a heartbeat if you try to relax. It’s stiff and ridiculous. The pillow causes discomfort because it forces your chin up, making you crane your neck, then not allowing any resting - you’re just stuck sitting like an idiot. The only way to use it is to fold in half and lay your neck on one side with the other against the window/wall/etc. Maybe their other pillows are better?
