Fits perfectly on a 4×4 post you'd buy at Lowes or Home Depot. Used them on a heavy homemade bed frame for on a wood floor. Bed stays put, even when pushing against the bed. Don't ask me how I know.

They solved the problem of a recliner with wheels sliding too much on my new wood floor. So far the wheels have stayed put in these rubber squares, and no more dangerous sliding for my mother. They worked much better than others I tried.
