Won’t connect to WiFI
One of the four switch pack will not connect to the WiFi. I’ve tried numerous different options to no avail. My electrician already installed three, so I can’t disconnect those to send back the lot. Disappointed ☹️

Does not connect with Google Home after 2 weeks!
Purchased this switch as it appeared really neat with matte finish in white and the digital dimmer. Installation was pretty straightforward too. I used the switch for 2 weeks when I connected it to Google Home.On the 15th day, the switch has gone offline on google home and the ELEGRP Home app does not even link with Google Home anymore. Big inconvenience as I would like to use google assistant to control the lights without having to open the elegrp app every time to control the switch. I reached out to Product Support/Customer Service and they gave standard instructions to reset which won’t work. Very disappointed with the product as it looked neat and promising only to not work with google home. (I also tried linking with Alexa and it doesn’t seem to work either) Will have to return the product unfortunately.

I've been using for a few months, so a real review
Bought a couple of these switches for my garage, and they have been in use for a few months now.1) First off, do not use the ELEGRP app, as it is not worth the hassle trying to make it work. Rather, download the Smart Life app. It will work with these switches.2) My switches do work with Alexa. Set-up is not as plug-n-play easy as with other Alexa-enabled switches, however, but a quick Google search should provide you the information you need to make it work.3) The connection to Alexa has dropped a few times. When I've opened the Smart Life app and then turned the switch on and off (in the app), connection has always been restored. Shouldn't have to do this (especially since the closest switch is about three feet away from my Alexa device), but I've found this is a quick solution.4) If you don't need/want Alexe, this is still a nice switch to buy. I only have paddle switches in my house, and many have a dimmer function that uses a manual slider next to the paddle. These switches work the same way, except the manual slider on these switches is simply touch. It's a cleaner look, and has worked perfectly for me.So, would I again buy these switches? If I didn't care about or need Alexa, I certainly would as the switches have a clean, modern look.If I wanted Alexa, however, I would not buy these switches as set-up is not as simple as it should be; the connection occasionally drops; and there are other switches at the same price point that have a long established history of working flawlessly with Alexa.

All basic usage works, but minimum settings calibration seems bugged and laggy.
I've had experience installing the dedicated single-pole version of this switch so I had high hopes for installing the 3-way version of this switch. Unfortunately, this installation took me a good 2 hours though it mainly had to do with me figuring out the wiring circuit I was installing it to (apparently whoever installed my house wiring didn't use the correct colored wires, so I had to investigate which wire was which..). Due note, the complicated part of this process was understanding that one of the traveler's wires on the line switch (the dumb switch) had to be connected to the same connecter as the line receiving the power so that the load switch is constantly powered. Again to the company, thank you so much for providing those stickers! After finally figuring out all the wiring, the switch functioned as intended. Also, switching off the other switch indeed turns off the lights while still keeping the smart switch functioning and powered. However, what makes me remove one star is that for some reason the calibration for setting the lower minimum brightness is unusually laggy and bugged; When calibrating, there was a 10-second lag between setting the gauge on my phone and the light actually updating that brightness. More so, I couldn't set the minimum brightness to anything below candlelight brightness even though I totally tell it could: I'd set the minimum brightness to say a fluid lighter, but when saving the setting it immediately set the minimum to candlelight brightness. Also, there was lag when changing the brightness using the Smart Life app, but not when using Google Home or using the voice settings. This lagginess doesn't happen to the other single-pole versions of this switch I had. So my guess there may be a software/hardware issue just with this particular model 3-way switch when it comes to using Smart-life.Overall, I don't use the smart-life to control the light, so using my voice and Google Home as planned to control my lights in this set-up worked out as I wanted. I just wish I could set the minimum light further, but candlelight is low enough.
