Day one destroyed me if you don’t intake in fiber regularly don’t drink this I am still sick from day 1 stomach cramps fever diarrhea nauseous headache I was bed ridden for 4 days all from too much fiber intake the drinks has a weird taste and weird texture was not worth it as it sits the drink separates just be carful when buying stuff with no fda approval this I just my story it may work for you

I like it but I don’t seem to have lost the weight as mentioned on its website.The smoothies are the delicious , the super greens are taste also love the super shots dinner

All of the lunch shakes have cashew. I’m allergic to cashew and I never saw anything that said they’d all have nuts. So I’ve lost a 3rd of the program. But green smoothies and skinny boost are really good. But don’t think I’m getting money back for those 7 shakes
