Thin tin but cute
I would give this box 3 and half stars for durability because the metal is tin and very thin, it will bend easily. I gave it 4 stars because it is very cute and will serve my purpose. I needed a suggestion box for our PTA so our students can put their ideas in... something that could lock I would have purchased an legit mailbox but it was to bulky and voter boxes were either small and cheap or bulky and expensive. So this worked perfectly.... other than some paint issues here and there and a very small tiny dent on the flap. Its not huge so do not expect to be able to fit packages in it... for legal letters only.

It’s adorable . Decent size for mail . Very shabby chic , unique , one of a kind . I renovate old homes & LOVE to add bits and pieces of charm to each special house project . I love to turn a house into home for someone . This mailbox adds a token ofStyle !!

Attractive and sturdy
Having replaced our front screen door with its mail slot, we had to shop for a mailbox for the first time in 25 years. The best place to install it is fairly narrow, but the box fit. It is probably tin, not iron, but it's been doing its job without a problem for about a week now. Five magazines arrived on one day. Rolled, they fitted into the box, and the weight did not cause it to fall. We're very please with it so far.

Flimsy!
I thought this mailbox would be sturdier and heavier. It is pretty but is VERY flimsy.I would not recommend it.By the way, today, August 27, I received a notice of shipping (again) saying that I'd receive this in August.I received it in July!

Looks great, feels a little cheaper than I hoped but for the price, can't complain.
Looks cute. Works great. Just wish it was made of materials that felt more durable. Thankfully this is being used under cover without any chance for rain or water wear. We'll see how well it holds up over time.

Nice little decorative piece
What I really wanted was a honest-to-goodness Swedish mailbox, but didn't want to pay upwards of $75 dollars for it. This was a fine substitute to hold my Christmas cards during the season. Nicely made, perfect color.

Cute design
I like it but it will not fit enough mail and the hooks to hang it are not sturdy and definitely can’t use it for the mailman. Love the design though.

Very thin metal.
Thin metal - it arrived bent down the middle. Very attractive and usable after installed.
