I had a box with cords tied with twist ties but some broke and even the ones that didn't it became clear that it wasn't keeping everything from becoming a tangled mess, even without the cords that someone didn't have time to re-twist tie back or misplaced the tie. This solution is not only able to survive the intense Texas heat but can be repeatedly used without snapping apart and even expands your options for how to store for easy access by adding a rivet for hanging from a hook or peg on a pegboard.I like that some are designed to remain attached to the cord even when you have released it to unwind so you don't lose the strap. Others are bigger and have a rivet but allow you to remove from the cord entirely, which is useful for extention cords used for yard work since they get dragged across the yard and who knows what else before finishing their task. There are elastic and non elastic ones allowing you to play around with what works best for what kind of cord. There are smaller ones perfect for attaching to my corded power tools that do have the ability to remain attached to the plug end during use so as not to have to find the strap when it comes time to wind it back up for storage.I've used the basic color coded velcro style of cord minders before but these are better for bigger heavier cords plus the hanging option is super handy and I wouldn't have thought about it before but since this allows it to hang without placing stress on the wires inside, I'm definitely adding hooks for hanging these up.

I've been looking for a set of bungee cords to use around the house, and when I saw these straps I decided to see if they would work just as well. They aren't an exact replacement for everything I use bungee cords for, but they overlap enough that I was willing to give it a shot. My impressions:- I use bungee cords to secure bikes on my bike rack for transport. The main usage is to secure the bikes against the rack, and to prevent the handlebars from turning and the wheels from rotating. These straps work perfectly for that. The various sizes allow me to select the straps that fit best for whatever part of the bike I'm securing, and the straps are solid and hold tight.- The variety of strap sizes in the bundle is great. There is a strap size for almost every use case that comes up.- The material of the straps is very light and porous, especially when the strap is stretched to get some tension. It holds, but it seems fragile and I'm concerned that a serious bump in the road could cause the strap to snap.Overall I'm pleased with these straps and recommend them for any light applications that you might have. I'll update this review once I see how they handle more heavy-duty applications as they come up.
