Says 'external use only' or whatever only because that's a legal requirement in various countries (don't get me started on the ridiculous reasons why!) and I'm sure you'd find it cheaper if you have a Desi supermarket where you are but... needs must, and this is great in my curries.

Amazing for hair
Amazing for hair I wouldn’t consume this as it states it’s not for eating/cooking, only issue is when I oil my hair with this it removes my hair colour😭

False advertising of product
I ordered this for my uncle as it was advertised that it s edible which is not true , clearly written on bottle that is for external use only . Also price was written on bottle £2.89 and they charged me £9.99 which is totally unfair but Amazon customer service refunded me extra money thanks to them . But please be careful when you buy this product its only for external use .. don’t harm yourself to consumes it .
