I purchased these for the heavy gauge wire used for the whisk. I was helping a friend at her bakery and she had this heavy gauge whisks and they worked so much better than the normal small gauge wire whisks. This one keeps its shape and I am not constantly bending wires back in place. This type of whisk is a must if you are regularly beating thicker batters such as cake or brownie batter.

Recently ordered the two piece whisk set and they did not disappoint. These whisk are very sturdy and great quality. Kitchen must-have!

They look super sturdy until they detach from the handle. I used superglue to reattach. They work great now. Even on thick batter. They used super horrible adhesive. If they assembled them with superglue they would have been perfect.

As a Baker for almost 25 years this whisk seems good. Good material, very sturdy, seems very well made. But the seal from the wire and handle is not very well put together. Water, eggs, dough or whatever your whisking can seeps into the handle. This can cause contamination if eggs or whatever gets trapped in the handle and drips or flow down.

I've been using a silicone covered whisk that was included in a set for about 2 years now and the silicone started breaking away so it was time for a new whisk. I was never really a huge fan of the silicone covered one but I didn't realize just how much I missed the traditional wire whisks until trying these. What a difference! These are Much easier to work with and sooo much more thorough when it comes to mixing, stirring, or anything else you'd use a whisk for. These are comfortable to hold and have a good weight to each one. As far as cleaning, they're just like any other wire whisk. Clean as you go and don't let food dry on the whisk and you'll have no issues. Absolutely a product worth recommending!

It was immediately obvious that these 10" whisks are better built than most. The wires are a heavy gauge, yet still whisk well. Great price too, especially since you get two. Perfect to have another if the other is still in the dishwasher. We had been using silicon coated whisks before this, which may help with delicate cookware, however I much prefer these whisks for use with glass and stainless bowls. They are a nice size; I place a deck of card in the photo for scale. I'd say these are over kill for scrambling a couple eggs, but will work best for larger projects. These have been thru several dishwasher cycles and the finish is still looking like new. Enough said, except that they are highly recommend and worthy of 5 stars.

This is 2nd product I have from BINO and I'm impressed. This set is very large and much heavier than my old whisks and have the look and feel of a commercial product. There are more and much sturdier wires which would work well for large batches or stiff batters. I do wish the set had been one large and one half as big for smaller tasks. The price is excellent for two large whisks. We'll see how well they hold up as my old thinner whisks are starting to rust at the tips where the wires cross.
