I don't usually write reviews, but I am very pleased with this new diffuser. The wood grain exterior is beautiful, with a smooth and very warm tan color. The 300 ml capacity is much bigger than most diffusers and is a big benefit for longer runtime. Nice rate adjustments are seen in 1 hr, 3 hr, 6 hr choices. It diffuses nicely as a cool mist and shows distinct change in vapor rate as the set time buttons are changed. The multi-color addition switch works well too.The wifi function works well. That makes it extra fun! We use it all the time to try different scents for their benefits. I enjoy using it after a long day, it calms my mind and promotes a peaceful spirit at home. I definitely recommend it.

I purchased 2 of them for my house. I wanted one by my bed for a calming smell and another one on my mantel for a fresh smell to wake me up in the morning. The app was simple to use and I was able to set mist & light schedules with a breeze, but the loud beep when it t turns on & off is slightly annoying. I had trouble with the one next to my bed pushing all the mist down onto my phone charger and night stand stuff, so I went out and got a little stand from the garden section at the store and it works great. My other one didn't seem to have the same problem so I left it on my mantel as is, but one night I kept getting woken up to beeps so I turned it off with the app and it was not a problem for the rest of the night. Yesterday when I got home from work it was beeping and wouldnt turn on, so I lifted it up to unplug it and the plug & vent on the bottom were sitting in a puddle of water from the mist shooting straight down. I think the problem is in the product design, because the wavy cut on the lid makes it so even if it's like a centimeter off the mist doesn't shot up as intended and if the little feet where a little taller then the plug & vent wouldn't be submerged in water if it starts to puddle from the wonky lid design.Update: I reached out to the seller, and they replaced the defective units almost instantly, and they are working well. The customer service person who I was emailing with was very helpful. Ive been paying close attention to the lid while putting it on and the mist is working well, but I still left a star off for the annoying on/off beep. Definitely a good product for the money, and their 1 year warranty and customer service definitely came in handy.

The Renpho oil diffuser is working well so far. The quality of the diffuser appears to be very good and is aesthetically well designed. Customer support is proactive in making sure that the product arrives in good working order, and they reach out to the customer with the latest updated instructions to operate and configure the device and encourages customer feedback for future features and improvements. The interface with Alexa is limited at this point but is a nice added feature to turn on or off the unit using voice commands. The app also seems to be well done which is the exception rather than the rule given the poor quality of many apps that are thrown out there as an after-thought to promote a product.

I absolutely love this diffuser and that I can turn it on when I am not home. Easy instructions to pair with Alexa as well!

Product looks really good and it works excellent!

My wife gets migraines and has a hard time sleeping. She put this by her bedside and dropped in a few drops of Lavender. She loves it and it looks so cool. Haven't played with the Alexa integration yet but If the quality of the app is as good as the product I'm confident it'll work great!

My fiancé introduced me to the oil diffuser thing. I was a bit hesitant, but thought if I am getting one it is going to look cool and have technology built in it. This product is awesome, I did my research on oil diffusers vs candles since I used candles Allen the time. I have dogs and didn’t realize the impact of candles on their sensitive sense of smell and how the soot can affect them. If you care about your pet then oil diffusing is the way to go and this product beats all the others I have seen. Each different oil can really alter your mood. For the price and the ease of use it is totally worth it.

My son gave me this for Christmas and it's something I would never have purchased for myself. I LOVE it!! He got me the eight pack of essential oils and I'm having the best time trying each one and combining them. First thing I was concerned with was that it would be overpowering, but it's just a mellow blend of fragrance. I use the Tea Tree oil for my sinus flare ups and it really works! I can control it from my phone which is awesome.

Works great and looks great. Easy to physically set up but a royal pain to get it working with it's App setup. Instructions were clear it was just temperamental regarding connecting to the wifi. Took about 8 attempts to get it going but now its fine.App works well with easy to use controls for Turning it on/off, LEDS, vapor strength and scheduling. However for some reason they haven't allowed any of these features to work with Alexa. If you are buying this because you want it to work with Alexa don't bother, all she can do is turn it on and off. No LED, vapor strength control, or timers. Though I do enjoy teasing girlfriend with it by naming it the Perfume Onion. "Alexa turn on the Perfume Onion."Overall I'm happy with it. 4/5 stars. If they want a 5th star they better update the Alexa support to useful levels.

Really nice faux wood look on this diffuser. The wavy line where it lights up is just perfect. Not to bright when you are trying to sleep and just enough to enjoy the relaxing color changes. Easy to fill and the 300ml capacity is just right. The big plus is the smart feature where you can control and schedule the light and mist using your smart phone. The Renpho Smart app was really easy to use and a piece of cake to connect to the diffuser. Happy with this purchase.

I really like the option to start/stop remotely. But the top advantage is to schedule what times it should start automatically, in my case it's programmed to automatically starts in the morning, a few mins before I wake up.... and it works perfectly. This is amazing. The design is nice too... it's used in my main room (medium size) and it's smells good everywhere. If you don't want to use the app tool in your cell phone you can also start/stop using the buttons. There are many predefined colors and you can choose the brightness... I keep it at the maximum and turned on all the time.

When received the order I had some difficulties with adjustments and the operation of the item. Contacted seller and with no questions I received a replacement item that works perfectly and that I am very happy with. If all would have such a Customer oriented service we would really have an amazing Customer experience at every purchase. Thank you.

Neat until it stopped working not even 3 days after I got it. It was working normally until it suddenly thought it was out of water even though it wasn't. I literally turn it on, it beeps, tells me through the app there's no water, and then it turns off. Very frustrating. I sent a feedback message through the app and I hope I get a response back asap.
