These are so cute and exactly what I needed. I haven’t baked anything but I use them as thawing trays for frozen meat and they’re perfect. Easy to clean and store.

We do not use oil or butter in our baked goods (who needs the extra calories??) so this is the finest solution! Everything bakes evenly and perfectly, and pops out easily! I also have the loaf pan and the muffin pan.

Love these silicone pans, no need for oil and take seconds to clean. There is a difference with browning as you can see on the sides of my rolls and because the pans are so flexible, care needs to be taken when putting in the oven.

It is not what I thought and I thought they had lids

These worked so well for baking my son’s birthday cake!! Also love the colors and that I have them on hand now for baking or even holding legos or craft items for my kids at the counter.So easy to clean and use!

First use: I made the standard Jiffy Corn Bread from 2 boxes as I doubled the recipe. Used the blue pan. I followed the recipe but the cornbread came out dry for the same amount of cook time I used when I made it in a glass square pan. I think for baked goods you would want to check the bake sooner than you normally would as I think the bake time is less using these silicone pans.2nd use: I made brownies from scratch and needed to cut 10 minutes off the cook time in the recipe which was a recipe I had used before. They came out perfect but would have been dry if I kept the pan in for the time the recipe required. I think this silicone may be thinner than others but clean up is so great and easy.

I needed a square pan for a cake. I sprayed the pan minimally with bakers joy. Had zero issues getting it out of the pan.
