Excellent results ! Far better than blonde or yellow ginger. I felt an immediate energy change ,not because of the ginger itself ? Because it balances your biome ! And the taste is doable trade off . Stay healthy !

Good product
This is a good product for Libido, I am 68 and don't need to feel that way all the time but it does work for Libido and I would guess it has other heatlh benefits as well.

Effective But Package Dosage is Incorrect.
It's an effective and potent black ginger, and I've taken several different brands. But the package says the 1,000 mg dose 1/8 teaspoon. I used a milligram scale, and 1,000 mg is nearly 1/2 teaspoon instead of 1/8. It's an unfortunate misprint, as I doubt anyone taking 1/8 tsp per day will notice much effect. So just be aware of that, and use a scale.

Very strong, proceed with caution
I might have overdid it and have taken closer to a half teaspoon or more but I had a very bad reaction, terrible headache for hours, could have been a combination of things I take tho; however, the other things I take regularly and have never had that reaction… still interested in learning about black ginger and hoping this is a clean source without heavy metals!!
