At last, my toast stays crisp!
Use this every day as I eat dry wheat raisin toast. Keeps it nice and crispy where just putting it on a plate makes it soggy. I have an old airline Corningware dish it fits on perfectly.

Perfect for keeping toast crisp
This is well made, looks lovely but is very practical for keeping toast from getting soggy like it can flat on a plate. The hardest part has been remembering it exists since we had never seen one of these until watching Downton Abbey and had no idea we could get one here. My parents absolutely love this for their morning toast. It’s light but sturdy, not so large that even we couldn’t make room in our little kitchen.

Really Small...
But sturdy. My mailman jammed this inside my mail slot in our community mailbox. I pulled and pulled to get it out, to no success. It didn't break!I told my mailman, YOU PUT IT IN THERE, YOU GET IT OUT!And now, I'm using it as a napkin holder.It holds around 100 + napkins.It's a keeper!
