Q: Can I use this as a flush mounted switch only with no external cord mount? Or is that cord mount integrated? I just want to wire through the back.

the switch is independent of its mounting box and cable connectors, so it could be mounted flush.

Q: Will led work at 80v?

I use it on 28 volt for a controller but switch is rated for 125 volts @ 5 amps

Q: Is it rated for 35A continuous at 12V? How heavy duty is the switch?

I have 6 of these, and they are switching a max of 8 amps. So far, they are 100% reliable.
