Perfect for mince tarts
My pans were getting old but had a hard time finding replacements. Found these and couldn’t be happier. Perfect size, just need to try them out.

Great non stick but rather small and a bit too deep for my mince pies.

Just right for Jam Tarts
Just the right depth for small pastries. Its good value to have two for the money. Very hard to buy these patty pan type tins now, they are all muffin tins. Pretty good quality.

Good for Mince pes
We had nice deep bun tins already but found for mince pies we were better with a shallow bun tin to allow the pastry to spread out a little. Nice budget tins, fit the bill.

j'aime utiliser ces moules en dur qui, bien graissés, n'ont rien à envier aux moules en silicones. Ils sont parfaits pour de nombreuses préparations farcies ou non, et le fait qu'ils conduisent la chaleur accélère la cuisson. Je recommande
