Can the ink stamp pad be replaced or recharged once it is used up?

The pad can be re inked , but not replaced

Simple as placing a few drops of ink on the pad that pops out when you pull off top to reveal the stamp

Can i get ink refills for the pen when the ink is done?

I haven’t but I think you can. It seems to be a typical ink for the pen
