Added batteries and worked right out the box, turned on TV immediately without issue. Easy to connect and at the moment all buttons seem to work without issues so I would highly recommend.

We had the original solar powered remote that came with our Samsung tv. When it broke we looked at several replacement options and selected this remote. Arrived in good condition and worked with our tv without any additional programming required.

This is a cheap knock off. No voice control. No solar charging. It goes through batteries very quickly even causing the batteries to leak! It has to be pointed at just the right spot to control the tv. Buy a different remote!

i liked that it was a perfect match for the previous remote. I did not like that the Disney plus button doesn’t function as it is supposed to. When pressed nothing happens.July 29 2024*Update*Remote is still going strong. Disney button still doesn’t function properly but with repeated drops and 4 kids constantly using it, it has held up well! Would definitely buy again:)

I purchased this one because the original solar powered remote quit working. This remote works well at first but now the enter/select button works when it wants to. Very frustrating. I’ve never had this many problems with LG, maybe I should switch from samsung

I encountered difficulties in removing the battery cover for approximately 20 minutes, and I decided not to risk damaging it. Unfortunately, this device ceased functioning after only 4 months of usage. I purchased a replacement, but it failed to pair. Consequently, I returned it and am currently utilizing my phone as a remote control. If you possess a Samsung phone with the 'Smart Things' feature, I recommend using that instead.
