This pillow is a Godsend. I have a "bedsore" which is difficult to heal. I need to be sure I do not sit on that spot. This pillow allows me to sit in the position necessary to avoid the sore.It's the perfect size for the chair in which I sit. It holds it's shape a long time. I have to "fluff it up" every few days. Not every day as one would expect.

My wife had surgery and this pillow really helped alleviate the pain of sitting or lying down.

This should NOT be used for a BBL. It is not supportive enough so your behind is still in full contact on the chair/bed.

Pillow works great, I bought two one for my car and one for my bed. When washed the fluff “re-poofs” itself it’s perfect for surgery recovery.

I specifically use it for sleep il my. I would get a boppy pillow for sitting and driving. This pillow deflates very fast.
