There has been no mishandling or any type of physical damage. The company was informed about the problem as these are under warranty of 1 year and on their advice both the machines have been sent to them for repair Now today I am being informed that some internal wire is broken in both the machines and I have to pay Rs 280per piece This is nothing but to make fool of customers desertcart may look into this so that we should be compelley totake help of consumer forum
