Great product. Used on scar after shoulder surgery. Noticed a definite improvement after about 2 weeks. The tube is small, but it only takes a small amount to cover most scars. I am on my second tube and scar is looking great.

Has improved the scar look to a keloid on my boyfriend’s chest. Has lightened the redness & discoloration after just a few uses!

This gel has significantly lightened a scar my son has on his face from a fall. It looks like faint discoloration at this point because it's so faded. Shame that this is so small.

The media could not be loaded. Great for curvy areas like between the eyebrows where it might wrinkle if you use scar sheets. I have a scar that starts between my eyebrows and goes down. Where my nose curves my scar sheets wrinkle leaving me a wrinkle on my skin! I will use the silicone scar sheet that I puchased from a different seller on the upper half of the scar and the gel on the curved part of the scar to avoid that deep wrinkle. This is extra moisturizing and soothing. I have an old facial scar so it will take me months to see a difference, but I wish my dr would have recommended this to me. I found it by myself and hope that it works. It is easy to use. A very very light scent almost none, it looks like good quality gel. It gets absorbed by the skin in a few minutes, no greasy or sticky residue, no pealing or little tacos with rubbing, it just gets absorbed. Great for under daily makeup once it gets absorbed. Functions excellent under makeup without a trace just all the benefits. Good luck with your scars everyone. I have high hopes for mine, but know it will take some patience.

It helped a bit, however it’s not the best product out there. It lowered my toddlers scar appearance only a little. To be honest, rosehip oil is cheaper, has way more ml and does a nicer job

Really good for my scars that I fell from a motorcycle and for my knuckles that I use to train fighting even after I shower I still feel the gel definitely buying more for my family

I bought ScarAway Silicone Scar Gel hoping it would help improve the appearance of a scar I’ve been trying to fade. Unfortunately, it was a total letdown. After using it consistently for weeks, I didn’t notice any improvement at all—the scar looks exactly the same as it did before. To make matters worse, the gel takes forever to dry, leaving a sticky residue that’s both annoying and messy. I felt like I had to avoid touching anything for ages after applying it.The packaging claims it’s “clinically proven,” but I’m not seeing any evidence of that in my experience. Even worse, the price feels way too high for what you’re getting—a tiny tube that doesn’t last long, especially if you’re covering larger areas. To be fair, maybe it works for some people, but for me, it was a complete waste of time and money.If you’re looking for something effective for scar treatment, I’d skip this one and explore other options. It’s overpriced, inconvenient to use, and most importantly, didn’t deliver any results for me. Save your money—this one’s not worth it.
