Very good
Very good value for money, fits the average slices of bread. Quite quick and makes the bread evenly toasted and crunchy.

For smaller slices.
It's a fine toaster, sold as part of a set - although as far as I can see there's nothing smart about this toaster; it's perfectly normal and none the worse for that. For me it did have one issue though, the maximum bread slice size is 10cm x 10cm, smaller than the slices of bread we have at home and smaller than most that I measured in the supermarket. That means that it goes in one way and there's a bit that doesn't toast (see pictures) crumpets were ok because they are smaller, but for me that was unwelcome. Solutions included turning the bread around and trimming it down.Other than that it performs perfectly. I liked the defroast setting on the toaster and the ability to grab different thicknesses. But it's got to take a standard slice...

Good toast
The toaster is good and does take a little bit longer than my other toaster… however it is a great value and would recommend it.

Streamlined breakfast prep
The brushed stainless steel gives off an air of sophistication that suits my kitchen to a T. The convenience of the toaster is uncanny - simple controls that make my breakfast preparation quick and efficient. But it's the crumb tray that wins me over - it makes clean-ups a cinch!

Works Fine
This toaster has all the standard functions you require but I feel like there are cheaper options out there for the same quality. The stainless-steel outer is easy to keep clean but feels very thin/flimsy. One negative is when placing a medium/thick slice of bread in, it sticks out at the top of about ½ inch so I needed to toast half the time, eject and then put the bread back in the other way. You are not able to fit the bread sideways as it doesn’t fit.

Good little toaster but very overpriced
This is a nice but pretty basic toaster. It functions perfectly well and has all the features you would expect a toaster to have. There are the cancel, reheat and defrost buttons, as well as the variable control so you can choose how brown your toast is. I've found no problems with these at all and it cooks my toast just the way I like it. The removable crumb tray means you can keep it clean by regularly emptying it and it always benefits to give the stainless steel casing a wipe down as it shows up finger marks really easily (as with all stainless steel). The toaster looks nice sitting on the side and the nice blue light that indicates it is on gives it a modern feel. So basically all is good apart from one thing...the price! I personally have never heard of this brand before so if I were looking to purchase a toaster, I'm not sure I would part with £45 on a brand I don't yet know. I did a quick search on Amazon and all the main brands come up at half the price for, like for like.I certainly don't think this is a bad product but I do think it is hugely overpriced. For that reason I give this a generous 4/5

Not the best value but works well.
The design of the toaster is really only practical if you have the toaster placed sideways on the counter, otherwise it'd be difficult to reach the buttons and adjust the dial. It's also not high enough to fit a normal slice of M&S medium white toast so there's always a thin strip of the bread at the top that isn't toasted (but that's a fairly common issue with other toasters too).Browning is consistent across all levels, and the defrost option works reasonably well.It works as it should but not the value for the price in my opinion.

Works well
The toaster works well and looks nice but I think it is overpriced (£31 at the time of this review ). Toaster itself is quite simple, nothing fancy and you can find cheaper, similar quality and better-looking toasters on Amazon. Other than the price, there is nothing to complain about.
