I absolutely love this tallow balm. I use it for the whole family and even mix it with zinc for sunscreen and bicarb for deodrant. It is expensive but it lasts quite a long time. Smells lovely and absorbs well, leaves my skin feeling really soft.

I am delighted. I suffer with lumps of dry skin on my arms and hands and these are obviously far better after only 2 days. I use it on my face as well and have not noticed any beefy smell. The absence of honey as an ingredient means you won't be stung by a wasp and it's also safe and effective on intimate areas.

This balm is rich and deeply moisturizing. I find it a bit oily for my taste, but my mum thinks it’s fine. It melts into the skin after warming it in your hands and works especially well on dry spots like elbows, heels, and hands.The scent is very subtle and natural, with no added fragrance, which makes it a good choice for sensitive skin. Because it’s quite heavy, it can feel a little greasy at first, so I prefer to use it at night or when I don’t need to get dressed immediately.It’s definitely not your typical lightweight lotion—more suited for mature skin and body care. If you’re looking for something natural and nourishing, this is a great option, but keep in mind the richer texture and premium price.

Nothing to dislike it’s a great tallow balm

First impressions were good - it comes in a big tub and seemed decent enough quality. However I made the mistake of not researching what Tallow actually was before ordering it, and realised after looking into it that Tallow balm is rendered animal fat, primarily from cows or sheep. As a veggie/ vegan family, this put me off a fair bit, but I also didn't want to waste it so I thought I'd try it on my daughters eczema as I heard it can act as an anti-inflammatory.In use I was a bit grossed out using it, but figured if it helped with her eczema it would be worth it. Unfortunately, I didn't see any improvement, although her skin didn't react to it either which was a win. I can't say I noticed her skin looking any more moisturised or hydrated, or that it felt any softer, but this may be due to her eczema throwing things off.Overall, I can't say I'd buy this product as I now realise I'm not a fan of tallow - but it is a decent size tub so if this is what you're looking for it may be worth giving a go.

I've long suffered from dry skin and psoriasis and have gone through so many moisturisers, I've lost count. Nothing has ever been phenomenal, but this comes the closest to long-lasting soothing relief.This Fierce Nature Body Balm feels slightly greasier than a moisturiser, but feels like it stays on longer and goes deeper than a typical moisturiser. It is vanilla scented, but thankfully subtle. It definitely works, but I found that you have to use it at least twice a day to really feel the benefits.My only complaint is the size of the tub is relatively small for an all-body balm; you'll quite comfortably go through a tub in less than a month - I wish they made a bigger size!Overall a really excellent body-balm, and one where I can absolutely feel the difference.

i am a big fan of tallow cream, i LOVE the texture of this, i now prefer it to creams now, the tin is easy to open and the balm soaks in easily, my skin feels amazing after use, highly recommend this

All the advertising text for this seems to avoid any reference to the fact that tallow is cow fat. It’s a by-product of the meat industry. When you search through the smaller print, it does seem to indicate that this is derived from grass fed cows (although it still doesn’t actually mention cows)Quite apart from that, the product itself did not work for me. I liked the tin, but that was about it. The contents reminded me a bit of Vaseline, but less see through. Disappointingly, it smelt more of meat than it did of vanilla. Really greasy, and I ended up with clogged pores (I tried it on one side of my face so I know it was this). I will not be using a tallow product again, as there as so many lovely smelling, plant derived moisturisers out there which, for me, are better alternatives.
