is it suitable for 11 weeks puppy?!

Thanks for contacting v-dog! Our kibble is technically an "adult formula" for dogs 1 year and up, but during our 16 years in business we've had many customers successfully feed it to their puppies. Check out our blog posts on vegan puppies here: Can Puppies be Vegan? Puppy & Vet Approved! Since puppies are growing, they do require a higher calorie density than adult dogs. To achieve this, some people will bump up the serving size of the kibble, and some add additional healthy fats like coconut oil, flax oil, or Udo's Oil (an algae blend found at health food stores). Be sure to monitor your pup's weight and increase the serving size accordingly. Let me know if you have any questions! :)

$65 for 4.5 lbs? Really?

That doesn’t seem right. I used to get the biggest bag they had (I think it was 30 or 40 lbs) for $75 with shipping. Try asking that manufacturer directly. I do highly highly recommend this food though!

Is this made with GMO ingredients??

Our kibble has not yet been certified non-GMO, but as a company we are heading in that direction. We are happy to say that our top four ingredients in our current formula are non-GMO, and are looking into other non-GMO ingredients as they become available. All our products are free of major GM crops like corn, soy and wheat. We know some customers would be happy to pay more for a fully organic and non-GMO formula, but it's also a top priority for us to have an affordable, cruelty-free dog food on the market so that we can save even more animals and allow our products to be accessible to as many pet parents as possible.
