It’s good to be able to add pages to a ring binder address book but the are difficult to write in because of the rings.

WTF is "Sheerness" when applied to paper pages..?
These are essential if you have one of the venerable old Collins ring-binder Address Book/Binders - which you are strongly advised to invest in, for the day when (not "if"), your smartphone is dead and your PC crashes... At times like that, everyone Should keep a paper record of their essential contacts - and this is as good a method as any.
