Fast,tight grip and easy.
A must for stainless steel ties zip ties. Fast and easy to tighten and cut off. Great tool.

I wish I would have got this sooner
I needed to have something held in place, and the plastic zip ties were not strong enough. I love the metal zip ties with the ease of use and tightening.Get this, and you will use it on everything.

release tool broke on first use
Installation and cutting tool works good. The removal tool broke on the first use though...

Looking for stronger zip ties
Was using plastic UV zip ties to secure soccer goals and they kept breaking off due to weather and impact. Found metal ones but needed this tool to tighten them and trim them. Super easy to use and made the job simple. The metal ties tightened up easily and the trimming function was great. Could hold the goal with one hand and use this tool with the other.I guess if you’re only doing a few metal ties you could use your hands or pliers, but for having to use it quickly and often this has been the perfect purchase.

Does not grip the metal ties
I tried using this. I’d rather use metal ties on some of my projects instead of plastic zip ties. But the device does not grip the metal ties well enough to get them tightened. Instead, it lightly grasps the ties and then slides against the tie instead of tightening it.If you need your ties to tighten things securely, use a different option. This tool does NOT perform as advertised. Waste of money.

Works great but unforgiving.
Exactly what I was looking for. Wasted 3 straps figuring it and tool. But I got it now!

Only good for cutting
I was not able to tighten the metal zip ties any further than I did with just pulling them with my hand. I would only get this for the cutter; which works nicely and gives a clean close cut.

Appears well built
But it's too early to tell for sure. If I have problems I'll update later.
