This preworkout mixes really well and doesn’t leave any gritty texture. The fruit punch flavor is refreshing and really enjoyable. Love this pre- workout! Dissolves super easily! Great taste and gives you a good pump during your workout. Not too much beta alanine, which from you is good. It takes about 15 minutes to kick in. Serving size isn't too big so you don't have to mix a lot of powder into the water. Overall, great pick!

Coming from OG jack3d user.Those were the glory days indeed, this is such a good daily driver perfect amount of caffeine I don’t like to go more than 300mg think this is 200 but what really shines is you get great pumps on this. I typically use more underground pre workouts these days but on occasion. It’s good to have something like this as a more light day and a “rest” from harder pres. the pumps really do shine on this product, flavors good nothing offensive or anything that would cause stomach issues I give a 5/5 because the price is seriously the best you can find for a daily driver. It’s not trying to be this insane stim junkie pre. I think if your just getting into pres this is perfect. If your into harder Pres this might be a decent stackable one because it’s 50/50 energy pumps
