Item is a great alternative to nugget ice. It takes a little practice filling the trays, but once you get the hang of it, its pretty smooth. The unit is small and compact, and it fits easily into the freezer.Besides using it for ice, our main reason for the purchase was to feed and medicate one of our animals. As ice is a naturally cooling and soothing feeling, we added food and or medicine to our ice trays and it worked perfectly. After several days of this process, our little fur baby bounced back to a normalcy.I would recommend this product and purchase it again.

Love these mini ice trays! I use them every day—they freeze quickly and the ice is the perfect size for water bottles and iced coffee. Easy to pop out and clean. Great little purchase!

It's cute. You have to fill the trays several times to fill the container though. My family loves the tiny ice cubes. But it only fills a few drinks. If your 1 person, this will be enough for you. Easy to use and the quality is good.

I love crunching on tiny little ice cubes and this was a surprisingly satisfying purchase. I like how easy it is to get the ice out of these trays. Other trays are too thick and don't twist easy enough. This is so much easier to store and cheaper than having and icemaker on the counter.

I was getting sick of bending my fingernails on the silicone ice cube trays we had, and them tasting terrible after melting in our drinks. This was the perfect solution - smaller cubes means more surface area in total that will cool the drinks faster! Not only that but they only take a couple hours to freeze all the way though, reducing the weird freezer burn taste in the cubes! I did give "durability" 4 starts instead of 5 just because the container seems a little flimsy so i do anticipate it not lasting all that long, but the trays themselves seem to be doing good after a few days of emptying/refilling and dont feel like they're gonna snap when bending slightly to release the cubes. The cubes themselves release super easily and i really appreciate that they can stack without getting stuck to eachother! Definitely a winner of a product!!

So, this is no ice machine, obviously, but it can make some mean ice. The only tricky part is filling the molds up. I have to pour water into one of those measuring cup pitchers with a pointy mouth for better precision. Then I place a mold in the container and carefully pour in the middle of the mold. Don't fill it up too much because once you place another mold on top, the water will spill over and harden on the bottom, which can get stuck sometimes. Ice is easy to pop out from the molds though and I love the little scooper.

I needed teeny ice cube trays to use as a relatively flat bed of ice for keeping appetizers cold. These fit the purpose beautifully. They are very small and the mold is durable. I have been using it for over a month now and they have gone through multiple twistings to remove the cubes and are still in perfect shape.

Amazing for a dorm room, makes really good ice and a decent amount of it, BUT the trays snap super easy
