So the crank has gotten loose and can no longer rotate the shaft to the grinder. No reply from support team in 48 hrs. Not ease to use, believe it to be sturdy but the crank doesn't work anymore, so 0 on sturdiness. To expensive for quality

For coffee lovers, this is one of the best grinders. The ceramic burrs are very good and friends the beans to desired size. Easy to use and clean. Can get desired size grind by easily setting the ceramic burrs.

Absolute waste of money! This grinder stopped working after just two days of light use. I only made two cups of coffee, and the grinding mechanism completely failed. Unbelievable how poorly made this product is.Do not buy this garbage unless you want something that breaks almost immediately. Pathetic quality!
