We recently moved to the theme park capital of the USA and quickly realized how much we would need ponchos! Even if the forecast says no rain, it could surprise you! After the second time we got drenched I decided we needed something we could reuse! We ordered several ponchos to try on and these were the favorite of all 3 kids. The colors are fantastic (easy to pick out of a crowd and they got to pick their favorite), they are light and easy to put on. I love that they come in so many sizes and seem durable but small enough to throw in the bottom of a backpack.

School garment that works

There were cheaper options on Amazon, but I opted for this one based on reviews and delivery date. Seems pretty good quality, won’t rip easily. Kept my toddler and preschooler dry during a light rainy baseball game. May be slightly long for a 2 year old, but not uncomfortably so. Fits my tall 4 year old well. They liked the front pocket and put some baseball cards in it which stayed dry. Lots of design options. I bought my kids yellow ones so that I’d find them more easily in a crowd. Would buy again.

Very lightweight, as other reviews have mentioned, but that makes it perfect for portability, especially with the carrying bag it comes with. The snaps on the poncho make it easy for my six year old to put it on and secure it himself, and the option to snap around the arm or to leave the poncho loose is great! This poncho happened to come at the perfect time (next-day delivery) for my kid to walk home from school with me in the rain, while protecting his clothes and his backpack! Also, pink is his favorite color, and he loves the color of the poncho. He also told me it smells like strawberries! Might just be the color but a strong endorsement nevertheless!

I’m 4’10, & all the adult rain ponchos are way too big on me, i.e. touching the floor kind of big. This fit me perfectly, & it’s a cute color. I went to Disneyland during a rainy day with it, & I was pretty much dry!

Far better than the cheap plastic ones. Heavy enough the wind didn't catch it but loose enough to allow air flow. Kept us dry in the rainforest. Nice packaging.

The first thing I noticed was that the image product showed yellow buttons and what arrived came with black buttons. I was comparing different ponchos and went with this one because I felt the yellow buttons were more aesthetically pleasing. For quality, I would say this feels thin but potentially durable. I tried it on my four year old and it fits well however the neck snaps are a bit high and if I were to have snapped them all the way shut, it would go up to his nose. My son said that it felt “itchy” but he says that about a lot of outer layers like jackets and such. The length fit well. I followed the size chart and I feel that it worked well for my child. He is four but about to be five years old and the medium that came in the mail fit fine. I thought I ordered a different size but what arrived was perfect. It will rain Monday so I will come back for an update on how it held up after a rainy school day.

This is the third one I have purchased for my daughter, each trip I buy the next size up. We bring them to Walt Disney World to wear during the downpours and on Kali River Rapids. Super easy to throw on and super easy to fold back up and pop back into the pouch when the sun comes back out. At night, I lay them out in the resort room to dry and they're completely dry by morning.The sides have snaps to make them like a sleeve to help stay in place, there's a pouch on the front with a zipper and the snaps around the hood has snaps to help it stay up.I also have the matching adult version which is just as great. Highly recommend !

I ordered Kids size XXL because the adult size ponchos are all HUGE. I'm 5'4" medium build and this poncho fit generously to just below the knees. My arms are covered to just above the wrist. The hood stays in place with the snaps fastened. I am going to a hot, humid destination where rain is expected sporadically. I will be in shorts and tee shirts or short dresses and will not need full length coverage. This poncho works for my needs for this trip. It is very light weight and packs into a very small pouch making it perfect to carry in my day bag. It passed the sink waterproof test so I am hopeful that it will keep me dry. I had to order bright yellow so it isn't my favorite look. I don't expect it to last for years to come but if it works for my upcoming trip I am happy with the purchase.

Looks like a a great quality. Not too long and looks smart on my kid. I would recommend.

This is top notch very strong material but easy to fold and store. Fits easily

So thin. It could have been bought at the dollar store. Not worth $30 for sure. Return!
