Really upset to receive the little headstone for our cat who passed away only three days ago. As you can see, the figures depicting his lifespan have not been engraved properly - the numbers are overlapping like the engraver was trying to squash them in so that they sat directly under our Pet's name. The commas also look like full stops.The white highlighter paint in the engraving is already beginning to flake away and soon it will look as if he died in 2008, rather than 2018.I'm so angry that they rushed this job particularly when the loss of our cat is still so raw.

When I ordered this I was concerned as to the instructions for engraving. My fears were unfounded. It arrived within a few days and was absolutely perfect, a wonderful tribute to our beloved cat. Well worth the cost great value for money.

Loved this item, wording was as I wanted it, sad for having to buy it as loved my cat of 20 years, but this made her final resting place perfect.

This product is beautiful and a well made memorial tribute to my cat. The engrave process was simple to do after purchase and it arrived promptly. Roughly weighs about 4kg and should last all weathers outside. Highly recommend.

A lovely tribute to my late cat Billy. Perfect for marking his grave in the garden and will be comforting to look out on. Well made and the writing on the plaque very clear.
