Loving my ECO05 machine. Christmas gift from hubby. What a lot for the money. In the box is so much, even a box of threads to get you started. Lots of tools as standard and includes a 3 spool stand. 2 hoops and a memory stick to transfer designs to the machine also included. Even an aftersales team to help learn the machine included. I am impressed and would have paid extra for this. Machine so far hasnt been pushed as I am learning. Just moved from using one colour only to multiple colours. Very impressed so far with the quality if the embroidery. Machine is pretty easy to get started. Noise level is suprisingly low, not much louder than a sewing machine. Learning as I go I am one very happy customer. Dont forget to join facebook group for poolin lots of helpfull people there including technical people from poolin to help out. Thank you Poolin.

This little machine has put up with me swearing at it and blaming it for my own mistakes. Honestly though I Love her I am still learning but you get so much help and guidance you learn fast. There is also a great little community on you tube too.She’s no louder than a normal sewing machine weight is just a little more than my sewing machine. Excellent value for money. Remember practice makes perfect. Fits on my sewing table.

I ordered this in December, although I had a few teething issues and quite a few frustrating moments. I persevered and have successfully managed to enjoy my new mashine to the fullest. The customer service is very good, with a Facebook/ messenger and WhatsApp 24/7 to talk to engineer and other poolin users. Which is very useful. I have also now managed to to update my mashine with the great new updates allowing you to merge your designs.

After a successful start have come to a halt. Machine no longer operates. Have tried all recommends to no avail. Regrettable must return this machine.

This is my first embroidery machine and I'm really pleased with it. It's great value compared to other makes and works very well. I am using mostly for making craft items and don't plan to do any large hoodie embellishment so the hoop sizes this machine comes are perfect. Lots of essential accessories were included too so I was able to get going straight away. I had a minor issue with the needle threader that Luke Ren solved for me, the customer service has been excellent, Poolin contacted me to make sure all was OK rather than me having to contact them. They have a facebook group too with helpful information and videos.
