I must have product for intermittent fasting
It’s a must have product if you’re doing intermittent fasting. Whenever I haven’t urge to break my fast before it’s time I use the Himalayan rock salt. Up a little bit in your mouth and it will control your urges to break your fast. I transferred it from my mouth to a Ziploc bag for future use no need to throw it away. You can also use it to great salt onto your foods.

exactly what i wanted large chunks taste is great nice smooth and salty can't speak for longevity just got this a couple days ago some chunks were a little lighter than others but on the whole nice pink color as described

Chunks way too big. Can’t think of what to use it for. If you have a good use for rock like chunks then I’m sure it’s fine.
