Pretty good as a light weight hobby vice.
It's not a bad little Vice and i have used it a fair bit. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is because it is extremely light. You cannot really have to make sure you are holding it in place very firmly or bolt it to the drill stand. I use it on my Dremel Drill stand but would not recommend using this on a workshop pillar drill. Definately designed for light work.

I had one better designed in the past.
Does the jib but button release is hard to operate with one hand. The button should have been on top not on the side.

Lightweight, but a perfect partner for the Dremel workstation
Cast alloy frame with grooved steel jaws for holding round materials, and sufficiently accurate to hold small components securely. The quick release mechanism and triangular handle allow quick setting/release and adequate grip. The base is not machined, but is flat enough for most purposes. Not suitable for heavy work or for a full-size drill press - buy an all-steel machine vice with a properly ground base.

After looking at several bench drill vices, I settled on this one. I love German tools and this does not disappoint. I use it with a Bosch PBD-40.

Great concept, needs a little tweak
The concept of this item is great with the push button to pull the jaw back-and-forth rapidly. But if you depress it a little too far, it grabs on the screw when you’re trying to slide the jaw.
