Please do not buy this item as it is a danger. The item was shipped on its side and the box extremely damaged. It was left in extreme heat for over 24 hours as I was in an Airbnb and didn't kniw it was there. I contacted the seller immediately and sent pictures of the damaged item telling them.It had been sitting in the heat, and was on its side in the carrier's truck the entire shipment. The seller did not put on the top or anywhere on the box "this side up." The seller confirmed that the temperature affects the pressure but refused to send me a replacement. They refused to replace or refund the tank told me to use the item anyway though I expressed my concerns/fears. The first balloon blew up in my fave and the extreme amount of helium and air that blew out of the tank after that nearly blew up my face causing eye and face injury. I contacted the seller over and over again from the date I received it and they refused to resolve deleting messages I sent them through my Amazon account. seller chat. This tank was overly expensive $70+ and I wasted my money as I threw it away after that happened. Even though I messaged the seller the day I received the damaged/defective item then over and over again via Amazon seller chat, the new CEO Jassy read the messages then, he and Bezos REFUSED to refund the item and hold this seller accountable. It seems that now since there is a new CEO,.3rd party sellers can sell just anything in Amazon even if it puts a consumers in danger. The safety of consumers does not seem to matter to Jasso at all. Jeff Beezos would have never stood for this before. PLEASE for your safety and the safety of your children DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM.

Great company, wish the sirloins have more than the amount of helium it has thought but iveralll great product and when I had an issue fixed it right away that’s what I love about this great company

Don’t buy. Wish I would have read reviews. Balloons wouldn’t float. I even used 4 different brand balloons and sizes. Thank goodness I tried this before needing it. I asked seller for refund. Waiting to hear back.

6/30 of my balloons weren't floating after 4 hours. Very disappointed.
