These are a simple item that worked exactly as expected. For the price, you can't ask for more. They seem durable, then have foam that helps avoid scratching and any change of the laptop slipping out. You can make them any width, length you want, so assuming the thickness of your laptop isn't over the max, you can make this what you want. A few pro tips: 1. When you get them, the holes are covered with knockouts that are part of the foam. SAVE these knockouts. What you can use them for is to cover the screw head when you screw them in. The screw head is flush mounted and sinks in good so it shouldn't be an issue, but using the knockouts covers them up perfectly and adds a little extra padding, totally worth it. 2. You can turn them around/switch sides etc as you want, because all 3 are the same. Because of this, figure out where you need to plug in accessories/power/usb etc and adjust the placement, there is nothing to say it has to be perfectly square, it just needs to hold your laptop safely. Slightly offset front to rear, left to right or whatever and it will still be perfectly safe but give you better access to your ports. Yes there are knockouts on the side so you can get to your ports, but I didn't have to use them and left the foam in place because I planned in out in advance. 3. Leave yourself a LITTLE extra room left to right so it doesn't get too tight. For example I have a UBI key that I like to leave plugged in to the left side so I can register touch when required for security. I left myself about 1/2 inch total (1/4 on each side) to allow for these things and it really helped. Good luck and I hope this helps!

Works very well, a slight nuisance to install but has since remained steady after a year of full use. Can be adjusted to fit many laptop dimensions. I currently use it with a 16” MacBook Pro that has a spigen case.

Using these mounts to get my laptop off the desk and out of the way--they are screwed in and very secure, and I can power on my laptop then slide it in and plug in the docking station to have it completely out of the way. Appears this should be better for airflow and cooling the metal case on my laptop as well. Also used two of these to mount my Micca 2-channel amp in the perfect location to have the on/off/volume knob easily accessible. The fit is very snug so I did not have room for screws, so far 3M Command Strips are holding the lightweight amp just fine. I also used some painters tape between the mount and the amp to hold it just right without scratching the metal case. I would not trust adhesive for holding a heavier device like a laptop though. This is a very simple mount but it is well made and perfectly suited to do the job It's meant to.

Needed an easy way to mount my work laptop on the side of my desk, out of sight, just like my Media Server. Looks clean. This did exactly what I needed it to do. Only used one for the bottom as that was sturdy and stable enough for me. May use the other 2 later, maybe mounting things under the desk. They are small enough to mount out of the way of connections too. I’d suggest pre drilling the screw holes and using a large head Phillips, hand tightening, to avoid what others have noted. Had no issues. Also, the soft foam covers the holes, but is pre cut, so just poke them out.

The screws that come with this are cheap junk I had to replace them. The heads of the screws would snap off trying to screw them down. Other than that it serves its purpose.

I have 2 laptops for work—this allows me to store them under my standing desk with them out of the way. I used in conjunction with a KVM switch and single monitor, keyboard and mouse.

It came with the wrong screws and there is no padding like the description say. In fact these are just plain and simple metal brackets, sold at an inflated price

It is durable however the nail can scratch the surface of the laptop if the laptop is a bit chunky

Solicite estos soporte para ocultar mis 2 laptops debajo de mi escritorio, el paquete vino con tornillos pija de 1 pulgada, pero mi escritorio es de esa medida, por lo que iban a traspasaron, por eso los cambien por tornillos de 3/4 que al momento hicieron una sujeción fuerte, es cierto que viene con tiras de diurex 3m doble cara pero estas no son para la sujeción pues son muy debiles y se despegan con fscilidad, solo sirven para calcular la posición en la que deben de colocarse para después colocar los tornillos.Los soportes son de un buen calibre y pueden soportar equipos de 4 kilogramos y quizás de hasta 6 o más. Puntos de mejora: Pondría instrucciones, y tornillos de diferentes dimensiones con sus especificaciones de umbrales de pesos, etc.

Lo compré por el forro que menciona y que trae en imagen para proteger de rayaduras la laptop, el que llevan los 3 soportes y NO lo trae.
