Taste grand ilI add a bit of juice in with it to help me drink it more and ice. Only thing is I find it doesn't blend to well and there are bit in it when you drink it. Other than thay this product has helped me so much with mood and other symptoms women experience

Nice taste but has bits
I like the taste of this product. Its thick but there are bits. I've decided to add it into smoothies where I don't mind.I can't really comment on effects on my skin.

Doesn't mix well. Tried with water milk,coffee and smoothie. Taste is vile and over powering. Tried to stomach for a couple of weeks but couldn't bare the taste any longer. Brought due to having severe pcos and endo
