The media could not be loaded. Wow we love this pen so much that i brought another one. Really needed this when we visited family abroad. Has given my son so much confidence to enjoy reading now and help when talking to my daughter in laws family lolRecording for work purpose too is fantastic for myself so might have to get another one yet. It’s simple and if my 9 year old son is smiling that now he can read instructions when building he’s toys etc then it’s worth every penny.

Complete waste of money. Impossible to read instructions.

I have bought this as a gift for my 89 yo mum who has macular degeneration, the voice is clear and the volume is good … hopefully it will help her

Excellent for the price

I'd purchase this pen because I'm dyslexic but app keeps crashing. Couldent even read one sentence. Tride the camera to text function. The Camer had been put in upside down! No good. don't waist you money. I'm getting a refund.

There is no Portuguese language :(

I ordered this for my 87 year old dad but ended up sending it back as it’s too complicated for a man of his age. Also you need to be spot on with the line reading and it only reads one line at a time.
