I purchased this for my husband who has bladder control issues. One deciding factor in purchasing this one was the pictures and video demonstration of use showed buttons to attach/detach the silicone pouch. I thought it would make it easier to clean the pouch and lining. However, the silicone pouch is sown in and definitely NOT removable. We tried it and the first time it worked, the second time it leaked all over the place. It was a waste of money.

It's comfortable, easy and easy to use, that being said there are a few things that could be fixed. Overall it does work, but it has its flaws, maybe I need to go down in size. The cup with the mesh lining needs to be held tighter against the pelvis, and the mesh lining could be changed to a light cloth material and have a form fitting hole for the penis to go through for more security, but of those upgrades could prevent any unwanted leakage.
