Got it today.
Disappointed. I had great expectations for this. I took it out of box looked great put the batteries in flicked the switch andBlaaa. not powerfully at all. could not blow out a candle . well not expensive got what I paid for. It does work.

this little devise makes my charcoal grilling so much easier and quicker when using briquettes,its the right size and compact i love it

No sirve
La primera vez k lo use y ya se rompió, no sirve llego hace 3 dÃas y hoy nuestro dÃa libre lo usamos y ya. no lo devuelvo por k vote caja y todo no sirve

Works as expected, NiMH batteries not reccomended
I like to use rechargeable AA batteries when I can, and so I tried them in this gadget. It's performance wasn't great, so I tried it with normal energizer AA batteries and it was much better.With normal AA batteries, it produces a great flow for getting charcoal hot, would recommend to someone who grills with charcoal frequently.

Not Good
The media could not be loaded. This is the second one I have ordered. The first one lasted a few months. I left it outdoors under my grill, I figured something crawled up inside and broke it, so I ordered a second. This one lasted about 10 seconds and the fan stopped working like the first one, sounds like something came lose inside. I cannot recommend this BBQ fan.
