This is the second YOUR MOON brand pillow that I've purchased.. and the second YOUR MOON brand pillow that is truly lacking in head support. And.. also my last YOUR MOON brand pillow I'm going to purchaseThe middle of the pillow in the area at the front and back of the hole has very little fill material.. so when you lay your head in that area.. it is like laying your head directly on the mattress.. there is no support whatsoever. The ends of the pillow have a little more fill material than the middle area of the pillow does,but even those areas of the pillow have very little support.. if any at all.If you want a pillow that will support your head and neck.. or is even comfortable enough to sleep on.. I would look elsewhere.

As funny as it may look, this pillow has helped my neck pain and is the best pillow I've ever had. I love it. And, it's washable.
