Review: Best tasting GF snack, good crunch & flavor - This snack is one of the best gluten, free crunchy snacks available! The list of ingredients says it all and you will see that. I think sweet potato flour is one of the main ingredients, so this is full of more nutrition than typical snack products. I can feel a difference when I eat the snack Vs other snacks that have gluten-free flour in them. Less achey and less brain fog when I eat less grains (rice flours, corn flours). These have gluten free ingredients that are more from vegetables rather than traditional grain flours. For that reason, this product is less inflammation causing because it has less grain (possibly NO grain) in this recipe. When you research about grains, even gluten free grains can cause inflammation, so reducing them or eliminating them is a helpful thing. When you read the ingredient list, you'll see that it looks very different than typical processed gluten free snacks. The crunch and the flavor to this product too is outstanding. And they're very light and airy with a delicious crunch. My family goes through lots of boxes of these each month. Just be aware that each box doesn't hold a lot of product. However, I think it says 4 servings, but they're not giant servings. Still, this snack is so tasty and satisfying that it's worth the price in my opinion! Still much cheaper than fast food and other snacks.

This snack is one of the best gluten, free crunchy snacks available! The list of ingredients says it all and you will see that.
