My daughter loves these books. They really help her when she’s feeling anxious or depressed. It helps her to relax. The book has many awesome pics to choose from.

This adult coloring book is really nice. Its very relaxing at the end of the day. I originally started getting these as therapy when my sister had cancer but i have continued to enjoy them. Colorex pencils work really well with them.

Recently I went through an intensive outpatient therapy program , this was perfect to color with to ease my mind during therapy. The pictures are beautiful, once you add color of choice they pop ! The bleed through does happen if you use markers , so I would suggest tearing from the book if you have markers

Love the pictures, but the ink burns my eyes. USPS delivered and bent it to fit mailbox 🙁Update: strong ink odor has dissipated after about 8 hours. Does not burn my eyes anymore! Enjoying the book.

Takes your mind away from the noise for a little bit. Good picture options.
