Missing display power supply ... was replaced promptly
Everything worked as advertised except the display power supply was missing. I had an extra supply so not a big problem. You need a better QA system! Would have given 5 stars except for the missing power supply.Update. I contacted seller and they sent me a replacement power supply. Excellent service. Changed rating to a 5.

Great product .. Really reasonable price .. Can't believe I used to spend $1,200 on a computer! Just as good as the expensive brand new computers!

Not what you would expect
This computer is 10 years old. It has an I7 processor and 32 gig of ram. The speed is impressive. These are supposed to be refurbished computers, that is everything is suppose to work. Window, straight out of the box detected a problem with a USB controller. I went looking about and found that the second of 4 usb front plugins does not work. If anybody had even looked at the computer they would have found this problem. Yes I could go through the trouble of calling customer support and shipping it back and getting another one with some other problem. They don't really look at them or whoever looks at them is incompetent. I just plugged a mini usb stick into the slot and forgot about it. The computer will meet my needs as long as the hard drive isn't 10 years old and will crash. It comes with a new monitor which functions and a wireless keyboard and mouse which function. The computer supports 2 monitors and this works. For 300 bucks, if it lasts it ain't a bad deal but if you want everything to work, don't expect it .

The media could not be loaded. Everything turned out great with this desktop; I would highly recommend it to everyone. It was incredibly simple to set up.
