This has wireless charging, which is great as well, no wasted space. The problem we ran into is with how much of this device sits below the table when it's not in use. Ouch! It's inside our refrigerator cabinet. The original position wouldn't work, it would run into the top of the refigerator. Luckily I figured this out before cutting a hole for it. And luckily we have extra space at the back of the cabinet for cooling the refrigerator, so I moved this to the far corner of the cabinet. I drilled a 4" hole and it slid in nicely. Very easy to install. I did have to cut and adjust a drawer so it would hit the cord, but overall works great. It charges my phone with the case on.
