These worked great for me! I could see a noticeable difference with the first strips. More with the second and I’ll use day 3 tonight. They are more like a sticker than other brands that I’ve used. You fit them onto the lower teeth first and then the upper and bite down. They did not slide around on me. They stayed put and I had no problem talking. I’m so happy with the results that I’m already planning to get more for the future. Also, this is the first whitening product that did not irritate my gums at all and did not cause my teeth to be sensitive. I couldn’t be more pleased! Highly recommend!
