I ordered this to try it, not sure if I’d like it. But I love it. Add package to boiling water, turn it off and cover and voila’ in 10 minutes there is very tasty rice from vegetables.Great idea. Tasty. Good texture. Easy as a base to add other items to.

Follow the (easy) instructions and this is pretty fool proof. Healthy and light. Ive ordered this product a number of times so not my first rodeo. I add soy sauce and peas/carrots/onions to make it into a “fried rice” dish and it always turns out excellent. Most difficult part is finding this in stock!

Buyer beware. Received a 6 pack that all expire within 3 months. Price is too high considering that.
